Insist on a table at the 2nd floor the next time you're there, they try to prevent diners from going up for unknown reasons. Laziness perhaps? Cafe Le Caire's 2nd floor is more comfortable though. Just the 1st floor. Looks like an Egyptian museum. Was so fascinated with the display, I was taking pix like crazy. The people there thot I was nuts. Food was alright though.
