Teak All Eye (T’kolai)

I recently completed the Hillcrest Road project and am very pleased with the outcome. The owner is very happy with it too.

The materials used were black granite, stainless steel and teak, lots of it. I was a bit apprehensive in the planning stage about using too much teak, but the owner insisted on it. I guess due to the large size of the kitchen and the generous amount of daylight coming through the windows, it turned out beautiful. Having Gaggenau and Sub-Zero for appliances certainly added to its grandeur.

Hopefully, aKTa-rchitects will pass a few more of these kitchen sizes for me to design in the future.
