Breakfast At Tiffany’s (Henry Mancini)
Well … it was more like dinner at Tiffany’s. A last minute choice given the fact that we forgot to make reservations in advance for the originally intended destination. Located in Furama City Centre Hotel, it was suggested by Fadelinah after Moby’s earlier suggestion of King Satay was vetoed, due its bad reviews online. Hehehe …
It was the typical buffet dinner setting; almost similar to Carousel although not exactly the same standard. The food wasn’t really that bad but choices were rather limited. Maybe it’s just me, I’m not a good buffet person. Nonetheless, what lacked in food was made up for by great company. And for the first time, Pinky’s husband graced the gathering.
Thanks Moby, Trin, Pinky and Man for treating us. The next meeting will definitely involve our kids, possibly in a child-friendly environment. Can’t wait to let the tiny tykes play together. And for sure … no more buffets.
One more thing … congratulations to you know who.
